- Account Information: Your name, mobile phone number, and optional profile picture when you register
- Profile Details: Email address, newsletter subscription preference, and display name
- Event Data: Event titles, descriptions, images, schedules, speaker information, and pricing that organizers upload
- Attendee Registration Data: Any additional information an organizer asks attendees to provide at checkout (such as institution, designation, or custom questions configured by the organizer)
- Payment Information: Transaction details processed through our payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers — payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment partner(s)
- Communications: Messages you send to our support team or through the Platform
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and click patterns
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers
- IP Address & Approximate Location: Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, used for security and analytics

2.3 Information From Third Parties

4.1 With Event Organizers
When you purchase a ticket, your name, contact number, and any registration fields the organizer has configured are shared with that event's organizer for check-in, attendee management, and event-related communication. Organizers are contractually required to handle this information in accordance with applicable law and to use it only for purposes connected to the event.
4.2 With Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform, including:
- Payment gateway provider(s) — for transaction processing and settlement
- Cloud storage and hosting providers — for secure storage of images and data
- Email and SMS service providers — for transactional and permitted marketing notifications
- Analytics providers — for aggregated, privacy-preserving Platform usage insights
- Fraud detection and security services — for protecting the Platform and its users
All service providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory authority in Bangladesh.
4.4 Business Transfers

- Event data (including attendee lists) is retained for 3 years after the event date
- Support communications are retained for 2 years
- Security and audit logs are retained for 12 months
Once retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
9. Privacy of Minors
The Platform is designed for users who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without appropriate consent. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as social media platforms, payment gateways, or external event venues).
